Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Haddington is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Haddington and the surrounding UK regions. All weight loss medications dispensed through our service require a valid prescription issued by an authorised prescriber. Our online consultation process is used to assess your clinical suitability. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist or prescribing partner will review your information before any medication is approved. We may request additional medical information, including GP records or blood test results, before proceeding.
You must not share, transfer, or use prescriptions issued to another person. Misuse of our service may be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will receive a full refund for the medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via tracked Royal Mail or a comparable courier service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our control. If your medication does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible under pharmacy regulations.
In accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed prescription medicines for resale or re-use. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Haddington are intended to complement, not replace, the advice of your GP or primary healthcare provider. Our clinical consultations are not a substitute for a full medical examination.
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, current medications, and allergies accurately. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during your consultation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
